In each frame there is a lifting handle made of thick cord (braid), which can be hidden between the mattress and the bed frame so that it is invisible and does not interfere with use.

It all depends on the thickness and weight of the mattress that will ultimately be on the frame. We would like to point out that not always the more powerful actuator the "better". Below we present a table of actuators for each frame size, which fit perfectly into a standard mattress.
