Side opening 80x200 bed frame with 24 slats
Side opening bed frame with mechanisms and gas actuators included. Frame made of strong profile 40x30x1.5mm with 24 slats which makes it a durable product for many years and meets all standards of mattress manufacturers.
Note that a different lifting mechanism was used than in other frames!
Please note that the mechanism is mounted at a slight angle, one hole is located lower.

Packaging: each frame is packed in a separate cardboard box with dimensions of about 210x30x13cm
Mounting: the frame is for self-assembly, please remember to mount the cylinders THICK part up

Minimum internal dimension of the box: 810 x 2023mm
Height of the box: minimum 30cm
Mounting in the box: each customer must individually choose the height at which to mount the mechanisms, it all depends on the thickness of the mattress and individual needs
The frame requires supports in each corner - also recommended reinforcement in the middle of the furniture.

The set includes perfectly matched 400N actuators. They fit all standard mattresses, stronger actuators are not needed with this size and opening method.
