Delivery and Warranty Terms:

The product is shipped up to 5 business days after ordering. The shipment is carried out by a private transportation company, which has 10 working days to deliver the goods to the address indicated. The carrier will contact the customer 2-3 days before the delivery to determine the exact day and time slot for delivery. Please note that the driver is not required to bring the packages to your home or apartment. The semi-couch is delivered in 4 packages, designed for self-assembly. It is recommended that assembly be done with at least 2-3 people, according to the instructions provided, to avoid possible damage.
