Days and hours of delivery:

At our online store, we treat each order with priority to provide our customers with maximum convenience in their shopping experience. One of the pillars of our business is efficient shipping. We carry out deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. On the day of package pickup by the courier, and on the day of delivery, the customer receives an SMS message. Please note that it is not possible to change the delivery address after the package has been shipped.

Delivery method:

We give our customers a choice between two reliable carriers - UPS and DPD. In the case of pallet shipments, we use Hellman, Schenker, and Raben. We carefully pack each product to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition at the address provided by the customer. We believe that our careful packaging is a guarantee of safe package delivery.

Help with order delivery:

Please note that couriers are not obligated to carry packages to apartments. For large orders or heavy products, please contact us in advance to arrange delivery details.

Phone contact:

Contact before delivery depends on the courier delivering the package. We always add the recipient's phone number to the waybill, but we have no control over the courier's actions. Some couriers call the customer before delivery to ensure that the package is delivered smoothly, while others do not use the phone to confirm package pickup on a specific day and time.

Deliveries - Europe area:

We are able to carry out deliveries beyond the borders of Poland. Our services are available to customers throughout Europe. In the shopping cart, you should choose the country of delivery, and the delivery costs will be automatically calculated, taking into account different delivery zones. However, please note that delivery costs may vary depending on the country to which the ordered products are to be shipped.

We would also like to emphasize that it is not possible to send a package abroad with cash payment to the courier. Full prepayment for the ordered products is required so that we can carry out the delivery to the chosen country without any problems.
